To login to Remedy, follow these steps:
Launch the Remedy 7.0 Application by clicking the Remedy icon.
The Remedy Login dialog box appears:
Enter your User Name.
Enter the Password.
On your first login:
Click Options.
Enter the Preference Server name.
Enter the TCP Port. (TCP Port is required only the first time).
Leave the Authentication and RPC# fields blank.
Click OK.
The IT Home Page appears:
